What is your connection to the Great 80238?

I worked as a bartender at the Bistro at Stapleton before going on to run bars like Cattivella and Golden Moon. I've lived in the Park Hill and East Colfax neighborhoods for most of the time I've been in Denver. Mostly I'm roaming the parks with my two Siberian Huskies.

What about you would surprise people that don't know you?

I was born in Milano and moved around NY State for a while. I play tennis and I'm a ice hockey goalie. I've fought and won in two boxing matches, one was in Austin, TX. I never make cocktails at home because I prefer to drink it straight and slow. I can drink rose and sparkling all day!

What is currently on your playlist?

I'm more of a 'shuffle' kind of guy: Jimi Hendrix, Alicia Keys, Mingo Fishtrap, Beck, The Kondi Band, Purple Disco Machine, Balkan Beat Box, Gogol Bordello, Frank Zappa, Escala, Andrew W.K, Wolfmother, The Roots, Mos Def, Streetlight Manifesto and Ludovico Einaudi to name a few.

If you could have any superpower, which would it be and why?

The ability to constantly regenerate my cells because I could live forever or stay the same "age." And I wouldn't have to worry about getting hurt while I'm doing any of the iffy things I do.

What is your favorite thing to do in The Great 80238?

Walking the parks with my dogs! I do wish there was a disc golf course though.

What would your Last Meal be?

Some sort of unimaginable sushi feast with rare fish and elements of molecular gastronomy.
